Alco Gas Care:-

• Operates on a 24/7 basis and will attend to all emergencies.
• Do not charge for Call-Outs.
• Provides free advice and a no-obligation Quote.
• Provides quotes that are fair and competitive. All work will be fully compliant with Building Regulations and carried out in accordance with Gas Safe Register directives - there will be no short-cuts as practiced by non-qualified “cowboys”. We will not compromise the safety of our clients and their families, nor jeopardize our reputation. Furthermore, all boiler installation work carried out by ALCO will be registered with the Gas Safe Register who will conduct random inspections to ensure all safety standards are met.
• Will, prior to any written quotation, and after an on-site inspection, provide all relevant advice to aid your decision-making, and thereafter, brief you in detail on how the work is to be carried out.
• Will ensure that all work is performed by a qualified engineer/s and all workmanship is guaranteed for twelve (12) months.
• Will do its utmost to repair any faults rather than the more costly but easier route of replacing parts and units, unless they are beyond economical repair or compromise safety. We believe that satisfied customers become repeat customers and provide the best form of advertisement for Alco Gas Care.
• Will promptly carry out all work at mutually agreed times so as to avoid any inconvenience and time off work for our clients.
